My son recently joined classes at KNS, it has been a wonderful experience. He had such a blast and felt quite proud of himself and accomplishments. My daughter has been a student of Sensei Aron's for over a year now. She has learned so many lessons both in karate and in life. Aron is patient and a great teacher. My daughter can't wait to go to class everyday and learn new things or perfect old lessons. I would recommend KNS to any person being young or old to try karate or kickboxing out for a week and see the difference in how it helps people with their focus and health.

Sensai is amazing with the kids, our son has adhd and couple other learning deficits but Sensai Aaron is always there to explain steps and try to visualize with the students as best as possible! A++
